This is of a few that actually are equal to the original battery. Check specs. on any battery you consider and compare to the original that came with the E-410.

This is a 1500mAh battery. There are also 1000mAh ones available which is just 2/3 the capacity. Make sure you check what you’re getting. If it’s cheap enough, a couple of lower capacity batteries can be a good deal.

I have only had to swap out my original for my backup Olympus battery just once in six weeks of ownership, but was suggested to me that I get an additional battery. Charge time for a fully depleted battery is 2 1/2 hours. I shot a lot of pictures on a full charge. Always good to have a back-up. Doesn’t come with charger. I shoot band and music gigs for buddies and people I meet. I would recommend going “OEM” (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for batteries and most accessories, including flashes and lenses, with a few exceptions.
